Payment Policy

We accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • bKash / Nagad / Rocket

  • Credit or debit card

Orders may require confirmation before shipment.

Shipping Policy

We take up to 3 working days to prepare and process your order. After preparation, the product is handed over to our courier service for delivery. Delivery time starts after the product is dispatched to the courier.

Courier:

  • Delivery across Bangladesh

  • Inside Dhaka: 2–3 working days

  • Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days

  • Shipping cost is informed during checkout

আমরা অর্ডার প্রস্তুত ও প্রসেস করতে সর্বোচ্চ ৩ কার্যদিবস সময় নিয়ে থাকি। পণ্য প্রস্তুত হওয়ার পর তা আমাদের কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের কাছে হস্তান্তর করা হয়। ডেলিভারির সময় গণনা শুরু হয় কুরিয়ারে পাঠানোর পর থেকে। কুরিয়ারঃ

  • সারা বাংলাদেশে ডেলিভারি

  • ঢাকার ভিতরে: ২–৩ কার্যদিবস

  • ঢাকার বাইরে: ৩–৫ কার্যদিবস

  • ডেলিভারি চার্জ অর্ডারের সময় জানানো হয়

Exchange Policy

  • Please open your product package in front of the delivery person if you don’t like it return to the delivery person on the spot.

  • Exchange request within 3 days in customer’s expense.

  • Product must be unused and with tags

  • Exchange allowed for size issues or defective products

  • অনুগ্রহ করে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে আপনার পণ্যের প্যাকেট খুলে দেখুন।

    এক্সচেঞ্জের জন্য পণ্য পাওয়ার ৩ দিনের মধ্যে অনুরোধ করতে হবে এবং এক্সচেঞ্জের সমস্ত খরচ কাস্টমারকে বহন করতে হবে।

    এক্সচেঞ্জের ক্ষেত্রে পণ্য অবশ্যই:

    • অব্যবহৃত হতে হবে

    • মূল ট্যাগসহ থাকতে হবে

Return Policy

Returns are not accepted except:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product

If you do not like our product, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving it. In that case, please contact us immediately through our support channels. Customer pay for the return.
